Buddys Campsite General Policies
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT:
- For the 2024 Motorcycle Rally, FULL payment is due upon booking.
- For the 2025 Motorcycle Rally, 10% of total reservation is required as a deposit.
- Full payment for 2025 reservations will be collected on May 1st.
REFUND POLICY:
- NO REFUNDS AFTER MAY 1ST OF THE YEAR FOR YOUR RESERVATION / NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Example: If make a reservation for the 2025 Motorcycle Rally, you have until May 1, 2025 to request a refund.
- 10% Cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

CHECK-IN RULES:
- Your name must be on the reservation to check in! Once you’ve made your reservation, you are responsible for any accommodation expenses that incurs.
- CHECK-IN IS 4:00PM
- CHECK-OUT IS 11:00AM
- $20 late checkout fee will be assessed for any late checkouts after 11am.
GENERAL POLICIES:
- FIREWORKS ARE PROHIBITED.
- NO CAMPFIRES ALLOWED during the Motorcycle Rally. Meade County Ordinance prohibits any open fire. Sorry!
- Buddy’s Campsite is NOT responsible for damage, injury, loss by accident, theft, fire or act of God to property, person or guest.
- Dogs are allowed. No cats.
- All pet waste must be picked up by owner and thrown away in trash.
- No smoking in Tents. A $250.00 service fee will be assessed if policy is violated.
- Buddy’s Campsite has the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Any customer and or their pet exhibiting unacceptable behavior will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
- No Daily Housekeeping is provided for tents.
- Trash must be placed in designated trash receptacles.
- Please do not put foreign objects/rocks, etc., down sewer/drain pipes.
- Visitors are welcome, however, no shower privilege for visitors. Visitors must park their motorcycles or vehicles on the street. Visitors must vacate premises by 10:00PM.
COVID-19 Policy
- You are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the Rally, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID 19.
- Buddy’s Campsite does not assume any responsibility for your health or well-being. We have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. No soliciting/protesting/rioting allowed on Private Property.

Buddy’s Campsite LLC is privately owned.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED/STOLEN PROPERTY OR FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURY TO GUESTS. THE REGISTERED CAMPER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO CAMPSITE PROPERTY. BUDDY’S CAMPSITE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A ONE-TIME DAMAGE FEE.
